Copyright and Takedown Policy
Effective July 26, 2026
Venture App Studio, LLC respects copyright and responds to good-faith reports of material on FreeSCORM that may infringe another person’s rights.
Copyright notice
Send a written notice to admin@ventureappstudio.com with the subject “Copyright Notice.” Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- The exact FreeSCORM URL and enough information for us to locate the disputed material.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Our response
We may remove or disable access to disputed material, request additional information, notify the content source, preserve relevant records, and take other appropriate action. We may reject incomplete, fraudulent, or abusive notices.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and to accept service from the original complainant.
Repeat infringement
Where appropriate, we may terminate access or refuse content from repeat infringers. Submitting a knowingly false notice or counter-notice may create legal liability.

For trademark, privacy, or other rights concerns, email admin@ventureappstudio.com and identify the material, the right involved, and the requested action.
