Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Venture App Studio, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Venture App Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to FreeSCORM.com and its course previews, downloads, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
FreeSCORM provides a library of SCORM course packages that visitors may browse, preview, and download without creating an account. We may add, remove, revise, suspend, or discontinue content or features at any time.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Service; bypass security or access controls; introduce malware; scrape or overload the Service in a manner that disrupts it; misrepresent a course’s origin; or use FreeSCORM branding to imply sponsorship or endorsement.
3. Course content and licenses
Unless a course page clearly states different terms, eligible course packages are offered under the FreeSCORM Free Course License. Course packages may contain third-party components, notices, or assets governed by their own terms. Those terms continue to apply. The license covers course content, not the FreeSCORM website software, name, logos, or branding.
4. No educational, safety, or legal certification
Courses are general informational materials. They are not legal, regulatory, medical, engineering, or professional advice and do not replace workplace-specific training, qualified instruction, equipment manuals, risk assessments, or applicable laws and standards. Employers and trainers remain responsible for determining whether content is accurate and suitable for their learners and jurisdiction.
5. No warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL COURSE PACKAGES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR LMS COMPATIBILITY. You should test every package in your own LMS before deployment.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENTURE APP STUDIO AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, INJURY, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR COURSE CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED US $100.
7. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Venture App Studio from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your modification or deployment of a course, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Arizona, and each party consents to that venue, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to admin@ventureappstudio.com.
